Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any charges. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 12 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Frequent Cancellations: If appointments are canceled three times in a row, we regret that we must charge the full amount for the scheduled services.
