ENGLISH (voor Nederlands scroll naar beneden) This experience is created for those who feel that their body resonates deeply with our treatments, yet are not ready or able to book a full body massage. During this 45-minute session, we fully focus on the key areas where stress and tension are most often stored: head, neck, shoulders and back. Through slow, mindful touch and presence, your nervous system is gently guided into relaxation, allowing your body to release, soften and restore balance. Before the massage begins, we include a short 5-minute intake conversation. This is where co-regulation already starts — helping your body feel safe, seen and supported. It also allows us to align the session to your specific needs, so you receive the most out of your experience. This session offers a safe space to unwind, reconnect with yourself and experience deep calm — even in a shorter time frame. NEDERLANDS Deze ervaring is gecreëerd voor wie diep voelt dat onze behandelingen zijn wat het lichaam nodig heeft, maar (nog) geen mogelijkheid heeft om een volledige lichaamsmassage te boeken. Tijdens deze 45 minuten durende sessie focussen we ons volledig op de zones waar spanning zich het meest opstapelt: hoofd, nek, schouders en rug. Via trage, bewuste aanraking en aanwezigheid wordt je zenuwstelsel zachtjes tot rust gebracht, zodat je lichaam spanning kan loslaten en opnieuw in balans komt. Voor de massage starten we met een kort intakegesprek van 5 minuten. Hier begint de co-regulatie al — je lichaam mag zich veilig, gezien en ondersteund voelen. Tegelijk stemmen we de sessie af op jouw noden, zodat je het maximale uit je ervaring haalt. Deze sessie biedt een veilige ruimte om te ontspannen, opnieuw verbinding te maken met jezelf en diepe rust te ervaren — ook binnen een kortere tijd.
