Through mindful holding, slow breathing, and authentic presence, your nervous system learns to regulate naturally - through co-regulation, warmth, and trust. Each session begins with a short conversation to clarify boundaries, comfort levels, and intentions. The cuddling itself unfolds intuitively - through guided breathing, grounding, and shared stillness in agreed-upon positions (sitting, lying down, or back-to-back). You remain fully clothed throughout the session - with option to have some skin touching (within boundaries and non sxual confusion) for more warmth.
